Roofing Solutions is a commercial and industrial roofing contractor located in Hickory Hills, IL that has been serving the Chicago community since 1992. We specialize in re-roofing projects and roof repairs to existing flat structures.

A thorough inspection of your existing roof including core samples, a capacitance moisture scan (if needed), chemical testing of the existing waterproofing components, inspection of the structural elements, and a walk though of the building to better understand how and where roofing issues may be disrupting your business and costing you money.

A user friendly approach to explaining what you have now and what your options are. At the initial survey, we will take pictures, shoot video, gather precise surface dimensions, and note the type and location of any existing rooftop equipment. When we return to present the proposal, you will be given a packet containing a complete roof plan to scale, captioned photos, and three-dimensional color cross-section sketches showing the existing roofing makeup as well as your options available for a new roofing system.

A DVD Roof Analysis will accompany your packet as well. This narrated DVD is designed to show the major findings of the survey and provide analysis of ways to correct the issues shown. In the DVD, we will also outline our proposal and cover the system components from the roof deck up alongside the cross-section sketch. Put simply, we will provide you with all of the tools you will need to make a well educated and well informed decision about what option is right for you.
