The system installed for Control Equipment was an Elastomeric Liquid System, which essentially consists of multiple coats of alternating SEBS mastic and polyester fabric at the critical transitions such as flashings, panel end laps, fastener heads, and horizontal seams as well as two coats of the elastomeric coating over the entire roofing surface. This restoration system provided Control Equipment a high-quality roofing system at a remarkable price.
